PURPOSE-DRIVEN

Designed for Growth

  • Established for individuals ready to build skills that matter in life and work

  • Real-world learning that emphasizes habits, accountability, and follow-through

  • Structured environments that help individuals grow confidence through doing

  • Built for families who want preparation for meaningful work, not the status quo

A PRACTICAL REAL-WORLD MODEL

Our Approach

BTR TMRW is designed for individuals with ID who need more than traditional models can offer. Our approach centers on structured, real-world skill development that helps individuals build the habits, confidence, and follow-through required for adult life and employment.

Participants engage in intentional daily routines, hands-on learning, and guided experiences that mirror the expectations of real work and community life. Rather than focusing on academic instruction or classroom-based learning, we emphasize practical skills, accountability, and learning through doing.

Responsibility
& Growth

Our role is to complement existing educational pathways, not replace them. Families partner with BTR TMRW to provide an environment where growth is expected, support is consistent, and potential is taken seriously.

For Funders & Partners

YOUR CONTRIBUTION BUILDS THE FUTURE

BTR TMRW is raising funds to launch a new bridge program for students with intellectual disabilities who have completed high school and are ready for their next step.

Your support helps us:

  • License the proven Learn4Independence curriculum used in inclusive post secondary programs

  • Launch the program quickly without years of curriculum development

  • Create clear pathways into college, workforce, and community based programs

  • Serve students who are currently stuck between K 12 and what comes next

Who This Is a Good Fit For

A UNIQUE COLLABORATION

BTR TMRW is designed for individuals with intellectual disabilities who are ready for a more intentional path forward. Our programs are best suited for participants who benefit from structure, consistency, and real-world expectations, and whose families are seeking preparation for adult life and meaningful work.

This isn’t a supervision-based or one-size-fits-all model. BTR TMRW is a good fit for families who believe their child is capable of growth, responsibility, and contribution, and who are looking for an environment that takes that potential seriously.

How Families Get Started

Getting started with BTR TMRW begins with a conversation. We take the time to understand each individual’s strengths, goals, and support needs to determine whether our approach is the right fit.

For families using Self-Determination Program (SDP) funding, we work collaboratively to ensure services are aligned with each participant’s plan and goals. Participants remain enrolled in their existing educational or independent study programs, while BTR TMRW provides structured, real-world skill development alongside those pathways.
