BTR TMRW focuses on two core tenets of our approach to change—personal development and performance improvement.

Effective and trusted personal (1:1) fitness traning for students with intellectual disabilities. We leverage decades of experience to customize coaching that meets each student’s unique needs, focusing on building strength, coordination, and confidence in a safe, supportive environment.

Adatptive Personal Fitness

We design workouts that meet students where they are—physically, emotionally, and socially. Our inclusive training environment builds not only physical strength but also confidence, self-esteem, and a sense of belonging.

Inclusive Workouts

Each session is a chance for students to build independence and celebrate progress. Our coaches use motivational, personalized strategies to help students discover what their bodies can do—turning small wins into lasting transformation.
