We’re reimagining what inclusive work can look like.
Across the country, young adults with intellectual disabilities are leaving high school with few options for continued learning or employment. We’re changing that.
BTR TMRW’s mission is to bridge the gap between education and the workforce by developing inclusive programs that prepare those with intellectual disabilities for meaningful, community-based employment.
Our goal isn’t charity. Rather, it’s systemic change by shifting how schools, employers, and communities work together to create sustainable inclusion.
